You might be able to talk the talk, but can you walk the
walk? Aspiring runway models, it's time to mark your calendars for a
"can't-miss" workshop from the Fashion Industry Association.
The "Art of Runway" will offer a comprehensive overview of runway
modeling, led by FIA modeling directors Mayra Gomez and Jennifer Adams. These
catwalk veterans will guide you step by step towards becoming a (paid) master
of your trade, and will be joined by other industry experts including Designer
Audrey "Pat" McGee, Pageant Director Hazely Lopez, one of her Beauty
Queens, and Model/Actress Annette Edman (HSN, Desparate Housewives).
Join us for this informative and inspiring workshop on Saturday, April 28 from
11-2 p.m. at Ceviche Tapas Bar, 2500 W. Azeele Street. Tickets are $15 in
advance and $18 at the door, and will include refreshments and a small brunch
